Miss Clementine

My sister Leslie and her husband Kurt welcomed their fourth child last week, Clementine Aurora. Clementine was born on 8/31/2006 with a weight of 7 lbs 6 oz and length of 20.5 inches. We can't wait to meet her.

Camping at Rasar

Last weekend we went camping at Rasar State Park along the Skagit River. Very fun.

Victoria

Our last stop was lovely Victoria BC. These were taken on our balcony as we pulled into the harbor. Notice the butterfly "tattoo" on Audrey's left arm that Dave let her have.

Ketchikan

Picturesque Creek Street in Ketchikan was once lined with brothels and bars -- now it's home to art galleries.

Glacier Bay National Park

Cruising Glacier Bay was the highlight of the trip.

Skagway

Skagway, a gold rush town, was our favorite stop. There we went for a ride on the White Pass Railroad.

Alaska

In August, we went on a cruise to Alaska. It was a great vacation and we all had fun, although Dave and I were left wishing for a little more Alaska and a little less cruise ship. We definitely plan to return so this proved to be a good first visit, especially with Audrey. I'll do several posts to cover the places we visited.
